Working together, clearly.
This page keeps the most important collaboration rules in one place: scope, payments, revisions, ownership, communication, and project delivery. It is intentionally simple and practical.
Scope of services
The exact service mix depends on the project, but every collaboration starts with a clearly defined scope.
- Services may include websites, graphics, video editing, creative assets, documents, and other work agreed individually.
- The project scope, expected deliverables, and estimated timeline are always confirmed before work begins.
- Starting a collaboration means accepting the agreed offer and these terms.
Starting a project
Work begins only after both sides align on the basics, so the process stays clear from day one.
- The project starts after the scope, price, and payment structure have been accepted.
- Work may begin after full payment, an agreed upfront partial payment, or clear confirmation from both sides, depending on the project.
- Changes outside the approved scope may require a separate quote.
Payments
Pricing is tailored to the scale, complexity, and time required for each project.
- Project pricing is set individually based on the scope and production time.
- Accepted payment methods currently include BLIK, PayPal, Paysafecard, and CS2 skins.
- Any payment provider fees are covered by the client unless agreed otherwise.
- Rights to the final work are transferred after full payment has been completed.
Delivery and revisions
Revisions are meant to refine the approved direction, not restart the project from scratch.
- Work is delivered according to the approved brief and the most recent confirmed arrangements.
- Revisions cover adjustments that stay within the originally agreed scope.
- A major change of direction, extra features, or a new package of materials may be treated as a new phase of work.
- Delays in feedback, approvals, or required materials from the client may extend the delivery timeline.
Client responsibilities
Good collaboration depends on clear communication, timely feedback, and the right materials.
- The client provides all necessary content, assets, access credentials, and project information.
- The client gives feedback in a clear form and respects the approved scope of work.
- The client is responsible for the legality of the supplied materials and for timely payments.
Copyright and usage
Ownership stays protected during production and is handed over properly once the project is settled.
- Until full payment is received, rights to the created work remain with the service provider unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- After final settlement, the client receives rights to the final version of the work within the scope agreed for that project.
- Selected projects may be presented in the portfolio while respecting client confidentiality where required.
Right to refuse
Not every request can or should be accepted. This protects the quality of work and the standards of collaboration.
- A project may be declined if it involves illegal, hateful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
- Collaboration may also be refused in cases of serious communication issues or repeated violation of agreed rules.
Claims and termination
If something is genuinely inconsistent with the agreed scope, it should be addressed quickly and directly.
- Claims may be submitted within 14 days after project completion if the delivered work clearly does not match the agreed scope.
- Each case is reviewed individually based on the confirmed arrangements, files, and communication history.
- Once the final work has been accepted, claims do not cover brand new ideas or changes in the client's decision.
- Collaboration may be ended by mutual agreement or in the event of a serious breach of the agreed terms.
Contact and updates
This document is here to keep expectations clear, but project-specific arrangements can still be agreed when needed.
- For offers and collaboration inquiries, the best place to start is the contact section on the main page.
- This document may be updated when the offer or workflow standards evolve.
- In matters not covered here, individual arrangements and applicable Polish law will apply.
